Not to be confused with individual accountability, team accountability is co-owned and cultivated- it doesn’t happen by accident- and it is often best cultivated within and by the team, not individually. In this session, teammates will explore the power of setting clear team expectations, tracking progress, and taking collective ownership of outcomes. Real-world case studies and scenarios will illustrate the benefits of co-owned accountability and the consequences of its absence.

More and more of us are finding ourselves in teams that work from anywhere and everywhere, and are discovering that operating within these teams is complicated and challenging. Hybrid teams require a different approach to collaborating, connecting, and performing. This session allows teams to uncover the dynamic needs their team has that we must address and co-create solutions that are practical to the team.
Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants explore how to bridge geographical gaps, build strong communication channels, and ensure all team members, whether remote or in the office, feel fully engaged and included. This session encourages teams to adopt a proactive approach to hybrid teaming, fostering a culture of adaptability and collaboration. Uniting As a Team | Team Norms As a Catalyst
A cohesive and high-performing team embodies behavioral norms that create space for all teammates to thrive, all while moving together in the same direction. Team norms exist in all teams whether we purposefully design them or just let them evolve naturally. Without purposeful cultivation, how we behave and operate with one another can translate into sluggish team performance and conflict.
This session is designed less as a course and more as a working session, where teammates explore how these norms can enhance teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving, and actively work to define the behaviors and norms that would most practically lead to success for their team. Teammates will leave this session united around a common set of behavioral norms that will guide their interactions and actions and a shared commitment to practicing these norms and holding one another accountable to them.
