Team norms exist in all teams whether we purposefully design them or just let them evolve naturally. Without purposeful cultivation, how we behave and operate with one another can translate into sluggish team performance and conflict.

This session is designed less as a course and more as a working session, where teammates explore how these norms can enhance teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving, and actively work to define the behaviors and norms that would most practically lead to success for their team.
